Essential Duties
Oversees housing occupancy from application through termination,
manages inventory, conducts demographic and rental market rate
studies. Supervises 2 professional services employees. Provides
overall strategic vision for on campus housing application and
assignments process, using research and data analysis to predict
trends in supply and demand, and recommending strategy to maximize
occupancy and to stabilize rental rates. Reports to Assistant
