Important information about the 50th Anniversary Conference . . .
Here’s some important information that you need to know about this year’s conference. Note: This information is geared toward WACUHO conference participants. Exhibitors should read the conference information located at the Exhibitor Information link.
Registration:
Please register online on this web page by clicking on the Participant Registration link. We want to make sure that we have all of your correct information.

Money orders, checks, purchase orders and credit cards are accepted for registration payment. Please contact Celina Noriega at noriegac@csusb.edu for details about credit card payment.
Room Rates:
The following are the room rates for our conference:
$110/Single $130/Double $150/Quad
Please Note: We ask that you make your reservation by going to the Hyatt Regency link. By using this link (or if you call directly using WACUHO as the conference name when making your reservation) it goes towards our conference room block. It will also allow you to get the WACUHO rates.

Please note: It is VERY important that you make your hotel reservations by March 7th.
Airport Shuttle:
The Bay Area is served by three major airports. Below is a list of the airports in order of proximity to the conference location in Burlingame, CA. Please also note that we are providing airport shuttle information specific to each airport.

Hyatt Airport Shuttle: The Hyatt has a courtesy shuttle that you can take advantage of from SFO. Once you arrive at the Airport, please go to the ground level area and look for the hotel shuttle stop. The Hyatt shuttle runs from 5 AM to Midnight at 15 minute intervals. If you’re arriving between Midnight and 5 AM please call the Hyatt (650-347-1234) and make arrangements with them to be picked up by the shuttle.

Volunteers: The conference is only successful when we have volunteers to help us during the conference. Please consider volunteering your time at the conference to help us out. Make sure to mark the YES box on the participant registration form.
Opening Reception: Our opening reception this year will be held at the Hiller Aviation Museum. We will be bussed from the Hyatt on Sunday night beginning at 5:30 PM. A no host bar will be available at the reception. PLEASE NOTE: The evening attire is school spirit wear. We ask that you wear any clothing with your institution’s name/logo on it. GO WACUHO!
Grand Reception and Banquet This year’s Grand Reception and Banquet is themed “A Touch of History, A Touch of Gold”. We ask that you wear semi-formal black and white attire with any gold accessories to complement. Back by popular demand will be the traditional dance/entertainment after the banquet.
Additional Information: Night on the Town - The Host committee will be providing for you information on area restaurants for our Night on the Town Monday night. Make sure that when you register, you go to the information table to pick up the information.
Karaoke - We will continue the ever popular WACUHO activity of Karaoke on Sunday night after the opening reception in the hotel and on Monday night for those who want to return from an early night on the town.
Please note: A no host bar will be available at both events.
