Sponsors

Thank you to our sponsors:

NASPA
Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs, University of California, Irvine

How can my organization or company become a sponsor?

With close to 600 Student Affairs professionals, graduate students, and undergraduate students in attendance, organizations and companies will have the opportunity to sponsor any of the following aspects of the conference.  In return for your tax deductible gift, all sponsors will be featured on the printed program and the conference website, as well as publicly acknowledged during the conference.  If you are interested in becoming a sponsor for the Western Regional Careers in Student Affairs Day, please contact Marla Franco at (909) 869-3642 or mfranco@csupomona.edu.  You might also consider supporting the conference by donating supplies such as raffle items, university apparel, promotional items such as pens, folders, bags, etc.

What are some of my sponsorship options?

Diamond Level Sponsorship - $500

Conference Sponsor(s): As a conference sponsor, your contribution will assist in covering logistical conference expenses, such as rental of the venue, printing of the program, name badges, signage, etc.  Not only will your sponsorship be recognized in the printed program and on the website, but you will also have the opportunity to table at the Graduate School Fair and display marketing material and/or publications at conference registration tables.

Dining Sponsor(s): Both a continental breakfast and lunch are included for all registered conference participants.  As a dining sponsor, you will have the opportunity to showcase any of your marketing material or publications on the tables during designated meal times.  Dining sponsors will help support the cost of food for close to 600 conference attendees.  The dining sponsor(s) will be acknowledged in the printed program and on the conference website.

 Gold Level Sponsorship - $300

Speaker Sponsor: Your sponsorship will support and honor the presence of our esteemed keynote speaker, Michael Segawa, Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students, at the University of Puget Sound, as well as the 2008-2009 President of NASPA.  The speaker sponsor will be acknowledged during the introduction of the keynote speaker, as well as in the printed program and on the conference website.

 Silver Level Sponsorship - $100

Seminar Sponsor(s): A variety of engaging seminars will be offered during the conference, presented by experienced professionals in the field.  You will have the opportunity to support these thought-provoking sessions by offsetting associated costs, such as signage, AV equipment rental, poster paper, markers, etc.  The sponsor’s logo will appear on signage for a seminar, in addition to being acknowledged in the printed program and on the conference website.

Graduate Preparation Sponsor(s): Your sponsorship will support the annual Graduate School Resource Fair.  This year we are excited to offer space for 22 graduate schools, professional organizations and vendors.  As a sponsor, you will receive one full table at the resource fair for your support, in addition to being acknowledged in the printed program and on the conference website.
