Student Housing Services at the University of Hawaii at Manoa is seeking candidates for the position of Associate Director of Student Housing Services-Residential Life. The Associate Director provides leadership and vision for the Residential Life team while serving as a member of the Student Housing Senior Management Team. Key responsibilities include direct supervision of professional staff, budget management, collaboration with various university constituencies and oversight of residence hall academic initiatives, assessment, training, community development, student involvement, and hall staff recruitment.
This position reports to the Director of Student Housing Services.
Masters degree in college student services, higher education administration, or a related field with the equivalent of 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible professional experience in student housing, residential life, or student activities is desired. Additionally, at least two years experience supervising full-time residential life staff is desired.
Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
