SUMMER CONFERENCES & HOUSING
Full-time, 12 months
Saint Marys College of California invites applications for a Coordinator of Summer Conferences & Housing from candidates who are enthusiastic, student-centered, and communicate effectively to work collaboratively with students, Christian Brothers, faculty, and staff. Reporting to the Director of Campus Housing & Conference Services, the coordinator will oversee the summer conference program, work to enhance the reputation of the Colleges conference services and enliven the campus community through adept coordination and facilitation of contracted events by off-campus users.
Qualifications:
Bachelors
degree required; Masters degree in higher education/student personnel
or related field preferred
a minimum of two (2) years of progressive work experience within relevant
area
demonstrated ability to work in high energy, collaborative environment
and to juggle multiple tasks
strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills along with well developed
counseling and listening skills
demonstrated excellence in computer, written and oral communication skills
