This position will directly supervise 6 full time generalist housing maintenance mechanics plus 5-7 temporary professional maintenance mechanics in the summer. This position will report to the Asst. Director of Facilities Services. This position will also manage small capital projects in residence halls totaling about 2,650 bed spaces and 1/2 million square feet. We expect to pay this person about $52,000. We are flexible in when we might start this position, but we are looking at September or October. We expect to interview in late July/early August.
