California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, located near Los Angeles, seeks applicants for 2008-2009. University Housing Services serves 1800 residents with a special emphasis on individual and community needs in a multicultural learning centered environment.

RESIDENCE LIFE COORDINATOR: As an integral part of the Residence Life Team in University Housing Services, the Residence Life Coordinator (RLC) will oversee educational and operational functions of a residential community serving 200-450 residents. The RLC will be responsible for a Resident Advisor staff, hall government, front desk operations, programming, conduct, committee participation, crisis intervention and emergency response in a duty rotation.

A successful candidate will have Master's Degree OR a Bachelor's Degree with experience in a living learning environment.

This is a 10-month, live-in position. Salary $2,240 to $3,202 per month, furnished apartment, meal plan, and a generous benefits package.
