Under the terms of Corporate Membership, corporations have joined at one of four membership levels and have been guaranteed various incentives, which need to occur during the programs sponsored by WACUHO. Outlined below are the guidelines, which each program committee Chair needs to make sure happens during the planning and execution of each conference or RAP.
NOTE: All programming committees, whether or not they request money from the Corporate Relations Committee are expected to follow the following guidelines:
Guidelines for Northern, Central, Southern and Island RAP, WTI, PMI, Apartment and Community Living
- Contact the Chair of the Corporate Relations Committee to get the names, addresses and "camera ready" logos of all Corporate Members at the Gold Level.
- List the names of all Corporate Members inside the program notebook.
- Print the "Gold" level members logos on various memorabilia.
- Designate a location to hang the Corporate Membership banner.
- Save one set of memorabilia, plus a program notebook for each "Gold" level member.
- Following the program, send a thank you letter to each "Gold" level member along with one set of memorabilia and the program notebook.
- Send a cc: of the thank you letter to the Chair of the Corporate Relations Committee as well as one set of memorabilia and a program notebook.
Annual Conference
- Contact the Chair of the Corporate Relations Committee to get the names, addresses and "camera ready" logos of all Corporate Members at the Gold level.
- List the names of all Corporate Members inside the program notebook.
- Print the "Gold" level members logos on various memorabilia.
- Designate a location to hang the Corporate Membership banner.
- Save one set of memorabilia, plus a program notebook for each "Gold" level member.
- Following the conference, send a thank you letter to each "Gold" level member along with one set of memorabilia and the program notebook.
- $100 discount for all Corporate Members who exhibit at the conference.
- While at the conference give a set of memorabilia to each "Gold" level member.
