Donations Budget 

 
  • The Donations Budget form is used to record donations received from Corporate Members, Local Prize Giveaways, and Institutional Support.

  • Moneys received through the Corporate Relations Committee should be recorded on this form only; not on the final budget sheet for the program.

  • A copy of the Donations Budget Form should accompany the final Budget Form to be submitted to the Treasurer.

  • A copy of the Donations Budget Form should be mailed to the Chair of the Corporate Relations Committee following the program.

  • A copy of the Final Budget Form should be included in the Annual Report to the Vice President.
