All refunds must be made in writing and not later than the twentieth day after the last day of the program. Requests made 30 days or less before the event will be held until the program is complete and the fiscal status of the program can be determined. Requests made more than 30 days before the program will be honored. Requests for refunds cannot be granted if services are provided.
