ATTIRE
The Opening Barbeque is just that, a barbeque, so please wear clothing that is comfortable and looks good with sauce on it.  Whether you choose to wear an outfit that showcases your alma mater, a Southwestern theme or a Hawaiian Luau, just come as you are.

The daily conference style is semi-casual. Please note that we may be doing a little more walking than normal so make sure to bring comfortable footwear.

The Closing Banquet is a business-casual/semi-formal event. Suits, shawls and heels are always welcome, but it’s also California so we’re really not going to judge you.  Wear what makes you feel comfortable.

NIGHT ON THE TOWN
Remember that Monday evening is Night On The Town where you have the freedom to explore Stanford and the surrounding areas for a fine dining experience.  Here is a link to dining options: http://www.paloaltodowntown.com/bus_cats.php?root=2&allcats=true

DON’T FORGET
You may want to bring personal care products (hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner, shower shoes) with you to the conference.  If you do forget there are stores located near campus at the Town and Country Village (http://www.tandcvillage.com/) including CVS and Trader Joes.

INTERNET ACCESS
Internet access will be available, if you are brining a laptop, please ask at registration for directions on how to access the internet.

We look forward to seeing you at the Conference and Exposition!
