All requests for refunds must be received in writing to the WACUHO Treasurer. The following guidelines apply for refund requests:
- Requests made 30 days before the program will be honored.
- Requests made 30 days or less before the close of the program is complete will be held until the fiscal status of the program is determined, and will be honored at the discretion of WACUHO, minus a 10% processing fee.
- Refund requests will not be granted if services are provided.
- Refunds will not be granted for “no shows”.
- All refunds will be issued by check and within 60 working days after the close of the program. Questions may be directed to the WACUHO Treasurer.
