Session proposals are Closed! We are excited to promote and welcome sessions focused on student affairs, residential life, staff management, business operations, facilities (building maintenance / custodial), and more!

We are excited to see you at the WACE 2025 Conference where::

• Traditionally, WACE attracts over 250 attendees, including entry-level, mid-level, and executive level professionals from various areas including Residential Life, Facilities, Business Operations, Student Conduct, and Summer Camps/Conferences.

• The exhibit hall features more than 45 corporate partners showcasing their latest strategies for enhancing student success and wellbeing, including software management, furniture solutions, laundry services, and more.

• Additionally, there are over 50 customized programs tailored for the region, with participants from community colleges, private schools, UC system schools, CSU system schools, and the Nevada system schools.

• Volunteers also have opportunities to serve on various committees, including the Executive Committee and WACE committees, as well as engage in other on-site volunteer roles.
